Care Wizard started as one Florida APD group home operator's own problem. Keeping up with training renewals, background screenings, fire drills, CEMP reviews, and audit paperwork — across every home, every staff member — was a constant, stomach-churning scramble. Hiring a full-time compliance officer wasn't realistic.
So we built the tool we wished existed: one place that turns APD's scattered requirements into a single, honest green / yellow / red picture — for both staff and facilities — and we use it every single day to run our own homes.
