What a provider must do when it stops, reduces or suspends somebody's services, and the rule against retaliation. Three of its six rules were repealed in 2019; 65G-3.005 carries the current procedure.

The effective date is the state's own. When APD amends a rule the number stays the same and this date moves — which is exactly how an amendment hides in plain sight.
