Care Wizard™How Care Wizard works
Requirements, renewals and due dates — tracked and watched, so they stop reaching you as a surprise. Each one tells you who set it: APD, a federal regulator, or your own agency.
Steps 1 to 3 are the setup, and most people are through them in an afternoon. Step 4 is the part you are actually paying for.
🗓️ Lineup
Build the week the way you would on paper — then it warns you before you put someone on a shift they are not current for. The hours you schedule add straight up for payroll.
That is the carrot. Everything below is the engine that makes it right — and the reason the warning is still correct next year.
Not everything you have to do comes from APD — and knowing which regulator set a rule tells you which inspection it belongs to. Each item carries its source, its citation, and the date we last checked it, so “we verified this” never blurs into “we found this somewhere.”
APD, and Florida law
Requirements that come from APD, Florida Statutes, or the Administrative Code — each cited to the rule it comes from, with the date a human last confirmed it. Nobody else shows you when they last looked.
A different regulator entirely
OSHA, HHS and NFPA requirements you also have to meet — and they are not APD's. Different agency, different inspection, same citation and last-checked date. This is the label that tells you bloodborne pathogens is not the APD HIV/AIDS course.
Your own policies, tracked properly
Requirements your agency sets for itself, and any wording you edit. We track them, remind you, and score them alongside everything else — we never put our Verified badge on wording we did not write. Better to lose a badge than overstate one.
Florida APD requirements, each verified against the rule it comes from and dated. Federal rules from OSHA, HHS and NFPA are labeled as such, because they are a different regulator and a different inspection. Anything your agency adds or edits is marked as yours — we track and remind, we just don't put a verified badge on wording we didn't write.
Every verified requirement carries the date a human last confirmed it against its primary source. Rules go stale — the difference is whether you can see it. And every day we re-check the official sources and tell you what moved.
The deep, verified compliance tool at the heart of Care Wizard. Each requirement cited to its source. Accuracy is the product.
