Every APD group home must run a documented fire drill each calendar month, not between midnight and 5 a.m., with records kept at least a year.

A skipped month cannot be back-filled — it's simply a gap in the record. Facility compliance is a calendar problem, not a knowledge problem: the homes that stay clean are the ones running a system that says 'this home, this month, not done yet.'
